2014 Radical Improv Retreat

Koi Pond and Hot TubThis is a three-day deep dive into Radical Improv.

The setting is a private ranch-style home in the Santa Cruz mountains. Beautiful redwood forests, orchards, garden, koi pond, courtyard and hot tub create a perfect and private natural setting. Inside is a cozy meeting room with a fireplace and exotic art.

The first part of our time together will be spent learning and practicing truth-telling games and skills. There will be group exercises, exercises in pairs, and opportunities to work in front of the group. Once we've established a common language of truth-telling, we'll begin exploring the ways we'd like to challenge ourselves to be more alive in the new year! How can we let go of self-defeating behaviors, get more of what we want, take more risks, and be more of who we want to be? Improvising with each other, participants will get a chance to experiment with new ways of interacting, receive honest feedback, and play a part in each others unscripted adventures. If you envision making some positive changes in 2014, here's a great opportunity to open up some new possibilities!
